Residential - Garage Door Installer
Job Description: Serves as a Garage Door Installer for residential garage doors, garage door openers, torsion springs, and all other related hardware and components for residential garage door installation. The Garage Door Installer will provide excellent customer service, knowledge about products, and demonstrate a safety first approach to installations.
This position interacts with customers daily and is usually the last point of in person interaction before the sales and installation process is complete. This allows the Garage Door Installer to leave a positive lasting impression to customers by completing a timely, clean and efficient garage door installation.
Other Responsibilities Include:

- Completing necessary paperwork correctly and promptly.

Job Description: Serves as a Sales & Service Technician for residential garage doors, garage door openers, torsion springs, and all other related hardware and components for residential garage door service, repair, and installation. The technician will provide knowledgeable repair and replacement recommendations of compromised garage door hardware and components, selling appropriate services, repair and replacement options.
This position interacts with customers daily and is usually the first to serve customers in person, which allows for a positive and lasting impression of the overall company. The Sales & Service Technician is required to provide excellent customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to service, repair and replace all hardware and components of residential garage doors.

Warehouse Associate
Job Description: Serves in the day to day operation of the warehouse, assisting service and sales technicians with loading and unloading parts and equipment, assists in organizing and keeping the warehouse clean and structured, parts cataloging, light construction duties, and forklift operation on a daily basis.

- Constant lifting, squatting, pushing and pulling. Must be able to lift 80+ lbs. safely.

Job Description: Serves in front office coordinating and support for all departments of the company including sales, service, warehouse, and management. This is a fast paced and detail-oriented position working closely with customers in our showroom and over the phone on a daily basis.

Carriage House Production
Job Description: Serves in the production of our custom wood carriage house garage door product. Customers who purchase our custom wood garage doors expect a premium, handcrafted product, and we deliver on that expectation. We build our wood product with the highest build standards in the industry and expect our production team to hold that standard in all phases of the build process. You will naturally be working with wood, cutting the boards to size and spec, sanding to a smooth perfection, building the door from the ground up, and following build plans to a "T."
This position does not interact with customers, but customers are allowed to walk our production facility with our sales managers and preview their door as it is being built.
